Sarasanegro's location in the coastal San Martin south of Buenos Aires, is the clear inspiration for its cuisine. The restaurant even goes so far as to dub itself a 'Cocina de Mar' or 'Kitchen of the Sea' that serves up some of the South Atlantic's finest seafood. Entering through a striking arched entrance you'll find a stripped-back dining room imbued with a sense of warmth that extends from the (seriously flattering) lighting to the welcome itself. Guests can take their pick from a five-course set menu, which comes with the option of paired Luigi Bosco wines, or dine à la carte with inventive plates on offer such as squid with lime gel, anchovy béarnaise, squid crackling and haddock with sweet potato purée, caramelised onion and dates. For dessert, think concoctions like Marsala ice cream with white chocolate crunch and strawberries.
