Drinks on the terroir-inspired and sustainability-led menu include the Pandan Papi, which mixes melon, ginger, pandan tequila and Riesling, and the Jazzy Spritz, which blends passion fruit, coconut, jasmine, mace, curry leaf and vodka before being carbonated and served on draught.
