Overseen by sisters Nikky and Danni Wilson, its stripped-back interiors blend natural tones and organic textures with wrap-around deep green leather banquettes and a festoon-lit terrace for a look that feels both contemporary and timeless. The food is in a similar vein with dishes including local Yellowfin tuna with tuna soy and dried tuna heart, plus Fraser Isle Spanner crabs with curry butter and spelt bread. Drinks are a mix of interesting bottles of wine hand-picked from vineyards across the Old and New Worlds, plus classic cocktails like the signature Livi Gimlet and original creations including a punchy mezcal, peach liqueur and lime concoction.
