Established in 1971, Cullen championed minimal intervention and sustainability from the off, the founders’ daughter Vanya more recently taking the mantle and gaining certifications. Long known for tasty repasts, the four-course set menu is a regional highlight, enjoyed alongside wine pairings and a view of the vines.
