Ikarus began life back in 2003 as a unique culinary experiment: to showcase the work of a new world-class guest chef every month. That the project is now nearing its 20th anniversary is proof that the concept works. Ikarus has hosted such luminaries as Søren Selin, Mingoo Kang and Thomas Bühner and showcased styles as diverse as molecular gastronomy, traditional haute cuisine and fusion cookery in that time. Housed alongside a collection of historical aircraft and Red Bull F1 race cars in Hangar-7 at Salzburg Airport, Ikarus is guaranteed to take your taste buds to new heights.
