Sat within the luxurious Four Seasons fotel in the ultra-modern Bahrain Bay area, the dining room is modern and sleek, with spectacular views of the Manaman waterfront. On the menu, each dish is a simple treatment, steering clear of superfluity to deliver a timeless and classic steakhouse experience. All classic cuts you’d expect from a restaurant are present and correct, from USDA Prime filet mignon served with a decadent Bèarnaise to Australian wagyu ribeye with a fiery horseradish sauce. Steaks may be the focus here, but its non-bovine dishes, such as blue swimmer crab with roasted celery root, beef and bacon crumb and broken apple and yuzu, are just as honed. Come for the steak, stay for the views.
