Brazil and Ecuador come together at Soeta where chefs Bárbara Verzola and Pablo Pavón – who met at the legendary El Bulli – bring flavours of their home countries and culinary techniques learnt abroad to the table. A simple salon adorned with vibrant artwork lets the strong seasonal seafood menu sing: order the Quito-style prawn ceviche and lobster tiradito. The two tasting menus – ‘Clássico’ and ‘Criativo’ – allow much of the à la carte menu to shine. Finish up with the green coconut crème brûlée.
