The Restaurant at Pearl Morissette

A glass, gabled room nestling among the vineyards of the Pearl Morissette winery, this is a very modern take on farmhouse dining. Chefs Daniel Hadida, formerly of the renowned Septime in Paris, and Eric Robertson, of Belgium’s now-closed In de Wulf, create an edible diary of the Niagara region using traditional French techniques. Set menus that change daily are largely grounded in what’s grown on site. Oyster with elderflower capers sits alongside blushing Muscovy duck and wild black raspberries. The wine list includes hard-to-find Pearl Morissette wines, as well as a wide selection of low-intervention pours from small producers all over the world.
