Located at the eye-popping Morpheus Hotel, Yi was also designed by the late star architect Zaha Hadid, with geometric dragon-inspired structures made from golden scales. Chefs Angelo Wong and Wilson Fam, who have both served in the kitchens of renowned Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong and Macao, present a daily changing tasting menu based on the available produce and translated into regional specialties. The roasted baby pigeon on smoked lemongrass is a stunner. Trivia: there are no freezers at Yi as all ingredients are sourced completely fresh.
