Located at the eye-popping Morpheus Hotel, Yi was also designed by the late star architect Zaha Hadid, with geometric dragon-inspired structures made from golden scales. Chef Angelo Wong, who has served in the kitchens of renowned Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong and Macao, presents a monthly changing tasting menu based on the available produce and translated into regional specialties. The roasted baby pigeon on smoked lemongrass is a stunner. Trivia: there are no freezers at Yi as all ingredients are sourced completely fresh.
