This colourful dining room in the vibrant Getsemaní district of Cartagena joins the bounty of Colombian produce with chef owner Jaime Rodríguez's penchant for playful presentation. A far cry from starched tablecloths and silver service, it's a stylish, laid-back environment with an ever-changing rotation of a la carte items. Look out for the kaleidoscopic lower salad with notes of cashew and the pedals of at least 15 types of flowers. As well, regulars are a big fans of the confit chicken and banana main that is served in a chicken-shaped crock. The wine list is also simple but seriously impressive, ask about the house-made fermented spirits on offer.
