Sister to the acclaimed Ruby, Lidkoeb is split over multiple floors. On the ground floor you'll find a laid-back cocktail bar with a spacious festoon-lit garden serving classic cocktails and beers, while if you head upstairs there's a whisky bar serving flights and whisky-based concoctions on Friday and Saturday evenings. The cocktail programme is made up of some reinvented classics – think a white negroni with orange peel-infused Roku gin, white bitter Luxardo, lemon buttermilk-infused vermouth, apricot brandy and ginger bitters – as well as some new inventions, created in-house. Try a Rød Grød Meg Fløde, a boozy rendition of a beloved Danish dessert meets Irish whiskey in a beautiful creamy lowball; it's rhubarb-infused Irish whiskey, Pineau De Charentes Rose, strawberry cordial and Irish cream.
