Khufu's offers a once‑in‑a‑lifetime experience as the only restaurant with an up‑close, uninterrupted view of one of the seven wonders of the world: Giza's Great Pyramids. Open for breakfast and lunch daily, the menus designed by chef Mostafa Seif have been created to complement that remarkable vista, placing classic Egyptian dishes centre stage. The breakfast a la carte menu features dishes such as dry yoghurt with pistachio and jam, ful (a fava bean mash stewed with spices overnight) and soft‑boiled eggs wrapped in falafel dough. For lunch there is a well‑priced choice of two set menus, with an additional vegetarian version, as well as an elaborate mixed‑grill‑focused prix fixe for two. The restaurant is split between a double‑height dining room and an extensive terrace, all constructed in the same pale stone as the pyramids to create an elegant, organic feel that lets the extraordinary view speak for itself.
