A bucolic farmhouse with a shady terrace in the heart of the picturesque Camargue region. More than 200 varieties of fruit and vegetables flourish in the organic garden and these inform Armand Arnal’s menus. Expect sophisticated, hyper-fresh plates that draw out each ingredient’s natural flavours and focus on texture. Zucchini and verbena press with goat yoghurt sits alongside beetroot with cherries. The wine list showcases mostly southern French pours, including some organic wines made by local growers.
