The only restaurant in Cannes with two Michelin stars, La Palme d’Or is located on the first floor of the glamorous Hôtel Martinez, overlooking the famed promenade of La Croisette, with diners on the terrace enjoying dazzling views of the bay. Sporting a signature pistachio-green cook’s jacket, locally born head chef Christian Sinicropi champions the Provençal terroir in creative, technically superb dishes. His much-lauded tasting menu sees one ingredient – lobster, oyster, lamb, pigeon – prepared in three different ways and served on ceramic plates designed by Sinicropi himself. Sommelier Dominique Vion provides stellar wine pairings to complement.
