Witness Hôtel Hameau Albert 1er, whose Michelin two-star restaurant offers destination dining at the foot of Mont Blanc. Head chef Damien Leveau – predecessor Pierre Maillet’s right-hand man from 2014-2018 – sends out technically brilliant Piedmont and Liguria-inspired dishes enhanced by herbs from the well-stocked kitchen garden.
