This cognac specialist is home to an impressive collection, featuring more than 200 bottles, with staff more than happy to make recommendations. Cognac is the star of the show on the cocktail list too, taking on various roles from classic cocktails to inventive creations, such as the Avignon, pairing VSOP cognac with chamomile syrup and firefly incense. There’s a terrace for enjoying one of the cocktails in the sunshine, and a cosy, warmly-lit interior for the cooler months, with comfortable leather armchairs.
