A family run Alsatian establishment where the Haeberlins have been cooking since the 1950s. Fans were shocked when the restaurant lost its third Michelin star in 2019, having held all three for more than 50 years, but L’Auberge still wows with its glorious riverside setting and much-loved classics. The food is passed down through the generations: from Paul Haeberlin with his famous frogs' legs' mousseline and Haeberlin peach, to his son Marc who melds classic and contemporary dishes through his creations.
