The clue's in the name: this isn't a classic Parisian drinking den. The cocktail menu changes regularly – although classics are always on offer for those that way inclined – and its most recent iteration included a twist on the classic ‘Bicyclette’, which combines St-Germain, RinQuinQuin, fino sherry and thyme, topped off with a fancy floral garnish. As for bar snacks, the menu is built around a selection of meatballs and burgers – like everything here, it means business.
