A little bit of Tokyo in the grandiosity of Paris' 1st arrondissement. A very little bit mind you; there are only 12 places behind the chestnut counter on which Takuya Watanabe has created a cult following in the French capital. But what Jin lacks in size it makes up in substance. Watanabe uses fish sourced from Brittany, the island of Oléron and Spain to cut the finest sushi and sashimi this side of Japan. Oyster with asparagus, miso monkfish liver and fatty tuna tartare with caviar keep diners happy and coming back for more.
