Typhoon Shelter combines two of the finer things in life: cocktails and dim sum. The Pan-Asian bent of the menu follows through to the drinks offering, with sake flights on offer and cocktails including the ‘Spice Route’, which blends Sichuan pepper-infused bourbon with sweet vermouth and Campari, and the ‘Drunken Rose’, a blend of rose-infused vodka, umeshu and sweet vermouth. Bar bites include those dumplings, alongside bao buns, noodle dishes and more; basically, it's perfect drinking food.
