The team from Jakarta bar Koda has brought the same meticulous, unquestionably Japanese approach to Segno in Bali. Tucked behind a discreet door, the bar is a paragon of clean, glossy lines, decked out in caramel and chocolate hues, with soft ligthing and details that feel considered without being overdone. Ice is hand-cut in-house, and local ingredients sush as black tea, pandan and lemongrass are brought to life in a menu of more than 30 signature drinks.
