SanBrite takes the concept of regenerative agriculture one step further to create regenerative hospitality, at this mountainside restaurant it's not just fruits and vegetables cultivated on the estate, but animals for meat and dairy too – speaking of daity, don't miss the on-site cheese shop. The dining room is full of rustic textures with a huge window overlooking the mountainous terrain, but guests are also invited to go one step further and book Gaspari's Outdoor experience - where a portable kitchen and dining set-up are taken out into the terrain of your choice, whether that's meadow, forest or mountainside for a five-course feast.
