It's a true escape with just 24 rooms and suites offering peace and quiet from the everyday grind, the best of which boast private terraces for soaking up the sunset with an aperol or two away from prying eyes. The star of this particular show, though, is the Spa, comprising no less than two swimming pools for (quite literally) indulging in the lap of luxury, two jacuzzis, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath and al fresco gym, amongst other amenities. But it's not all health and wellness – those more into wining and dining can bag a table at the Incanto restaurant, featuring a glassed-in veranda with panoramic views, for everything from lunch to aperitivo and dinner. The second eatery, Desiderio, offers a similar combination of Lugurian and Tuscan cuisine.
