The timelessness of Brunello di Montalcino can never be underestimated. At Podere Fiesole, you can sample superb wines guided with genuine Italian passion (Monday–Friday). The founder was originally a grain merchant, and spelt and durum wheat are still grown and milled in the traditional way to make Casanova di Neri pasta. They also produce olive oil and Grappa di Brunello. Visitors can stay in the ancient farmhouse and barn atop the hill overlooking the estate. Ten suites have been meticulously restored and updated to reflect the modern era, creating the perfect blend of ancient and modern, luxury and comfort.
