Dating to 1622, this masterpiece of Palladian architecture has hosted great poets, artists and statesmen over the centuries. Visits begin in the 18th century barrel cellar and progresses through the galleries where the estate's still and sparkling wines made in the classical method mature. Visits can be combined with various tasting experiences, including one by candlelight. The winery also hosts masterclasses on a range of topics from cooking to dining etiquette.
