Gin Bar C&D
As the name sort of gives away, this Kyoto spot is dedicated to gin, with a collection of around 100 bottles from around the globe, and a particular focus on locally produced examples. These are all put to good use alongside an array of local ingredients to create its cocktail offering, which includes drinks such as the ‘Ibuki’ (‘Breath of Life’), with a base of Japanese gin Roku, combined with dry vermouth, Green Chartreuse and matcha powder. There's a food offering to accompany all of that gin as well.
