Housed in the Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur, the decor features opulent lighting and marble galore. The cocktail list, devised by Ashish Sharma (previously of World’s 50 Best high-flyer Manhattan) is divided into four profiles: ‘Fruit’, ‘Leaf & Flower’, ‘Stem & Seed’ and ‘Root’. A standout choice is the honeycomb-laced ‘Bitter & Smoke’, comprising reposado tequila, mezcal, Cynar, chartreuse and ginseng smoke.
