Housed within several rooms of a beautiful and eclectic mansion, Rosetta sees chef Elena Reygadas – who was named Latin America’s Best Female Chef in 2014 – revamp traditional Mexican dishes. A focus on seasonal ingredients sourced from small producers means the menu can change daily, but favourites include corn tamale with celeriac, sea bass with samphire and white mole with fermented carrots. Rosetta, which is a regular on Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants, also includes an on-site bakery specialising in sourdoughs.
