The contemporary seven-course tasting menu changes every two months and wine pairings are put together by sommelier Francisco Salas, who runs the restaurant alongside his chef brother. Star dishes include smoked nopal cactus salad and pork belly with pumpkin seeds, which are also available à la carte. The confit duck or barbecue lamb tacos are also worth indulging in.
