Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse à l'Hôtel de Paris

Alain Ducasse was just 33 when the Louis XV became the first hotel restaurant to receive three Michelin stars. Following renovations, the dining room has returned to its original Place du Casino setting and gilt decor and frescoes restored to their full splendour. Chef Dominique Lory’s Mediterranean haute cuisine is presented with flair: broth poured over stones to steam a five-strong selection of fish, a choice of bottled spirits to drench the signature Rum Baba in. Menus are complemented by a treasure trove of wines chosen by sommelier Noël Bajor.
