Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse à l'Hôtel de Paris

Alain Ducasse was just 33 when the Louis XV became the first hotel restaurant to receive three Michelin stars. Following renovations, the dining room has returned to its original Place du Casino setting and gilt decor and frescoes restored to their full splendour. Today, head chef Emmanuel Pilon leads the brigade, crafting a selection of timeless plates that pull from strands of France and the wider Mediterranean's profound culinary repertoire. Menus are complemented by a treasure trove of wines chosen by head sommelier Maxime Pastor.
