Respected Moroccan chef Najat Kaanache – who has her own TV cooking series and trained in the legendary kitchens of El Bulli, Noma and The French Laundry (all of which have held the title of THe World's Best Restaurant) – has put together this restaurant within a stylish yet traditional house setting in the Medina. Its fine-dining menu is largely improvised each day, depending on what is sourced from the market, ensuring the courses are vibrantly fresh and flavoursome. Taking place over two hours or more, the tasting leads guests through a myriad of creations that combine seafood, vegetables and meat with Moroccan raisins, pomegranates, raw cacao, marmalades and citrus.
