Prime cuts of Namibian meat sourced from the restaurant's own nature reserve are the order of the day. The steaks are standout – choose from wet – or dry-aged across sirloin, rump, ribeye or fillet, expertly grilled over open flames and served with a great choice of sides and sauces. Lighter options might be a warm vegetable salad or smoked game charcuterie. But leave room for dessert – deconstructed banoffee pie, chocolate fondant with honeycomb, vanilla crème brûlée and rich, creamy cheesecake all feature. Naturally, the wine cellar is superb. Drink your way around Africa's major wine regions, with a particularly strong focus on Stellenbosch. Many are available by the glass.
