Restaurant Breda celebrates the gourmand spirit of the Brabant region in southern Netherlands, where its three founders – two chefs and a sommelier – grew up together. It brings fine dining to a relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Amsterdam, serving modern international cuisine with solely the use of local Dutch produce. Guests are offered a five-, seven- or nine-course menu (three, four, or five for lunch), with optional wine pairing from an extensive and carefully selected wine list.
