Handily located in the same building as sister restaurant Fish & Cow, Tango offers seasonal plates that are as colourful as the modern art that lines its walls. Co-owner Kjartan Skjelde experiments with locally foraged flowers and plants to create wonderfully whimsical seven-course tasting menus that capture the essence of Norway's islands and fjords. Think succulent langoustine with rose-hip puree and a one of two well-chosen wine flights.
