There, head chef and owner Joseph (Junia) Archbold melds his Afro-Antillean heritage with the technical expertise of the European chefs he trained with, resulting in a dynamic, ever-changing menu. In the stripped-down surfside shack, beach bites are available all day in addition to a happy hour, but the real heart and soul of the place happens on Sundays when Archbold throws beach barbecues for locals and tourists.
