The grounds of a water bottling plant isn’t the obvious site for a gourmet restaurant, but it’s here, in the bucolic spa town of Nałęczów, you’ll find Water & Wine. Originally a club for gastronomes to gather over food and ideas, today, the industrial space is still fairly exclusive, only inviting guests on select days. Fill in the reservation form on the website with the reason you want to visit for a chance to join the 18-seat communal table. Chef Marek Flisiński’s flavourful dishes boast intrigue, nuance and beauty. Both wine and water pairings (cue the hydro-sommelier) accompany.
