As the name implies, this modern restaurant is geared toward tantalising all the senses. One of only two restaurants in Poland holding a Michelin star, you’ll find its monolithic glass facade next to the historic Senator office buildig on Warsaw’s Bielańska Street. Plush interiors, a gadget-heavy kitchen and innovative tasting menus await within. Italian chef Andrea Camastra’s focus is on Polish culinary heritage with a dash of international influence. Multi-dimensional dishes boast complex flavour combinations, intricate textures and robust aromas. Think ravioli-like pierogi stuffed with lamb on a bed of beetroot borscht with provolone and caviar and you’ll get the idea.
