Grab a pair of secateurs come harvest time and head into some of the Douro’s earliest organically farmed vineyards with the Quinta do Infantado team. After picking the grapes in the vineyards and sorting through them at the winery, you’ll see an innovative electric robot treading them, and unaltered old aging cellars. Founded in 1816, this family-owned estate was one of the first small-scale producers to sell its own wines in this illustrious wine and Port region. Tastings can include food pairings and special bottles from the family’s private collection (not available for sale) on the ‘Wine Lover’ option.
