Guests can eat in the warmly lit dining room or on a terrace overlooking the Atlantic, with menus inspired by Iberian flavours and rooted in Madeira's landscape. Seafood is the name of the game here – even the bread is served with butter seasoned with kelp salt and shaped as sardines.
