The stunning dining room – or deck – glides towards the sea, with the floor-to-ceiling windows framing the wild Atlantic for spectacular views. A blue palette and artful displays of coral and shells add to the maritime vibe of this award-winning favourite. Austria-born Hans Neuner, who arrived on this stretch of coastline in 2007, helms the ship, putting together a fish and seafood leaning tasting menu that looks deceptively simple on paper (sample dishes include monkfish, mussels, cabbage, capers; potato, pepper, smoked eel) but are like abstract art installations when presented to diners. Dishes come served on polished driftwood, inside coconut shells and hidden in porcelain fish. Sommeliers João Wiborg and Marco Teixeira curate the perfect wine pairing.
