La Dame de Pic

Singapore, Singapore

French chef Anne-Sophie Pic’s first restaurant in Asia is located inside the historic Raffles Singapore hotel (No.17 in The World’s 50 Best Hotels) – and the pair both boast a rich legacy: Raffles opened in 1887, while Pic's culinary heritage dates back to 1889 when her grandmother opened Auberge du Pin in Valence.

La Dame de Pic has an elegant design that harmoniously combines classic and modern, the same way the dishes find a balance between creative and familiar flavours. The tasting menu highlights the best of every season, plus the chef’s signature dish, berlingots (hand-made pasta parcels), included in all of Pic's restaurants worldwide. In Singapore, the dish is complemented with squash, meadowsweet and sobacha. Further options include the Wagyu beef A4, marinated with cardamom leaves, and matsutake pie with walnut, miso and lotus root. The drinks pairing includes a curated selection of French wine, with a special focus on Pic’s native locality, the Rhône Valley. Cocktails, sakes, whisky and non-alcoholic drinks are also on the menu.
