Tippling Club was one of the first restaurants to pioneer pairing cocktails with food, all the way back in 2008. Chef Ryan Clift’s fun, playful and experimental dishes are created using state-of-the-art equipment such as a distiller, evaporator and a sonifier that fires sound waves at food. It’s an exciting show if you can score a seat at one of the restaurant’s marble counters. His cheesecake course, which comes as a prescription in the form of tablets inside a pill container, is still a riot to this day. Its bar, led by Englishman Joe Schofield, is also consistently listed on Asia’s 50 Best Bars.
