It encompasses a five-star hotel, golf course, spa and two restaurants – Bistro Sixteen82 serves locally inspired tapas with finer dining at Tryn, named after the estate’s pioneering founder, Catarina Ras. Tastings take place on a terrace looking on to pristine lawns, with water features and sofas creating a relaxed environment in which to enjoy the wines and stories behind them.
