Singita – Kruger National Park
Kruger National Park, South Africa
- No.40 The World's 50 Best Hotels 2025
- Johnnie Walker Art of Design Award 2025
Since 1993, Singita has been a leader in the region for its ecological-focused stays, offering unbridled access to some of South Africa’s nature and wildlife. Its first property, Singita Ebony Lodge, transformed what was once a hunting ground into the Sabi Sands Game Reserve, where all the inhabitant creatures are now protected. This duo of lodges – Sweni and Lebombo – located within South Africa’s stunning Kruger National Park continues this conservation-focused hotel experience, offering thousands of hectares of private concession to explore and unwind in some of the world's most beautiful wilderness. At Lebombo Lodge, 15 villas located on a rockface cantilevered over the Sweni River come with all the amenities of the luxury hotel experience – a gym, spa, wine cellar, swimming pool and more – should they be required. At Sweni, one of Singita’s smallest lodges, just six suites are available that blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor, with floor-to-ceiling windows, daybeds and private observation decks with binoculars to observe wildlife meandering around the riverbed.
