Bittor Arguinzoniz is an undisputed king of the grill; a creator of simple Spanish barbecue dishes, all cooked on adjustable-heat grills built by the chef himself. Look out for Arguinzoniz's homemade chorizo and seasonal delicacies such as baby eels and sea cucumber with green beans. Everything on the menu has been kissed by fire, whether it's the flavour-packed Palamos prawns, the fresh mozzarella or the milk ice cream with beetroot that rounds out every feast. All to be enjoyed in the staunchly unpretentious dining room.
