Striking a delicate balance between refined elegance and relaxed ambience, Ecco Zürich demonstrates the same creative excellence of its sister restaurants in Ascona and St Moritz. Housed in the luxurious Atlantis by Giardino hotel, an airy dining room in shades of oyster is the setting for menus made up of between three and eight courses. Chef Stefan Heilemann’s focus is on the interplay between temperatures and textures: a white asparagus and crayfish starter is paired with peas, calamansi (a citrus fruit from the Philippines) and hazelnut; Brittany sole with artichoke, bottarga and escabeche.
