Founded by a former Taipei bar writer, the venue wears its collaborative spirit proudly: cocktails are created in partnership with bartenders from across Asia, with a particular emphasis on single-malt-led drinks. One standout, an apple pie-inspired highball, blends palo santo, tequila, apple juice and a touch of salt for a smoky-sweet finish. The food leans Japanese-style with playful takes on Western comfort dishes, including chicken tenders with mentaiko (pollock roe) sauce, truffle aioli chips and a briny olive-and-anchovy spaghetti.
