Nassau’s Bon Vivants offers an elevated take on the tropical bar, with stylish design elements that are vibrant yet elegant, resulting in an upmarket feel. Claiming to be the first true cocktail bar in The Bahamas, Bon Vivants takes this element very seriously, taking inspiration from its surrounds to create inventive signature drinks that are rooted in the history of craft cocktails. House cocktails include such creations as the fruity, vodka-based Mrs Brightside, and the punchier Sazerac-inspired The Guv’Nah. There’s a selection of tiki classics, as well as a dedicated Negroni section, as well as substantial low- and no-alcohol offering. After first opening as a café in 2019, Bon Vivants soon transformed into the cocktail bar that it is today. The café element remains, making this an all-day destination, with coffee leading to cocktails as the day goes on.
